We currently provide local shipping throughout Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Shipping Fees
Flat rate: Peninsular Malaysia RM 20; East Malaysia RM 35.
Delivery Time
Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 5 working days
East Malaysia: 5 – 10 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on courier service and public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days upon payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Pickup Instructions
Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with pickup details. Please present your order confirmation at the time of pickup.
